Submission Instructions:

  1. Click on Start Submission from our homepage, print out a copy of the submission form, and fill out all of your customer information on the submission form (Legibly)
  2. Fill out the appropriate submission form for each of your submissions (Economy/Standard/Premium)(Legibly).  The variety column may be left blank if it is not applicable to your item.  (Note – We reserve the right to adjust your grading tier for undervalued packs.  Also, all 1986 Fleer Basketball & 1979 OPC Hockey must be submitted at the Premium Level Grading Tier.  Please make (3) copies of your submission form (one for you to keep and two for you to include with your order). 
  3. We currently are only accepting standard size issue packs (2.50” x 3.50” or smaller) (17 Cards Max Thickness) & trading cards (2.50″ x 3.50″ In Size Or Smaller) (75pt Thickness Maximum).  We are working on a holder for foil packs and a holder for larger size packs (Tall Boys, Topps Super, etc).
  4. Please individually bag each pack (BCW Team Bags work best) and label each of them with the corresponding line number to your invoice.  For lines where you have a quantity of more than 1 of the same issue pack you can label your packs (ex: 3/1, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4).  This example would be if you had a QTY of (4) 1980 Topps Baseball packs listed on Line #3 of your submission form. Trading cards should be placed in card savers.  
  5. Carefully box up each of your submissions (use bubble wrap and/or double box).  Please try and keep your packs/cards in the order they are listed on the submission form.

  1. You will be notified via your email address when your order has been received (may take a few business days).  Shortly after, you will receive a summary of the order that you submitted along with an invoice that includes: grading fees, shipping/insurance.
  2. A Stripe Payment invoice will be sent to your email address which will include a link where you can proceed to pay for your invoice via credit card. You may also pay via check which should be made payable to: Prestige Grading & Authentication LLC.  YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR GRADING UNTIL YOUR INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID.  
  3. Shipping & Insurance Fees:
  • USPS & FedEx (our choice) (FedEx will be used for heavier packages & packages valued over $10K)
  • 1-5     Packs/Cards — $25
  • 6-20   Packs/Cards — $30
  • 21-30 Packs/Cards — $35
  • For more than (30) packs/cards, add $0.50/slab
  • ALL packages are sent with signature confirmation
  • Insurance is based on the total declared value of your submission and will be applied to all packages
  • $1.00 per $100.00 of your order’s total declared value
  • Example: You submit (18) packs with a total declared value of $3600.  $30 shipping + $36 insurance = $66.00 total shipping for your order
